14 days to change your mind
You have 14 days from delivery to return a product without stating any reason. It just needs to be in resellable condition, ideally in its original packaging.
How to return an item
- Write to us at mydotchi@gmail.com with your order number.
- We'll send you instructions and the return address.
- Once we receive and check the product, we process your refund.
Refunds
We refund via the same payment method, usually within 14 days of receiving the return. If you used cashback credit on the purchase, that credit is restored.
Faulty products
If a product arrives faulty or doesn't match what was advertised, you're entitled to repair, replacement or a refund, under the legal guarantee of conformity. We cover return costs in these cases.
