Delivery times

We work with warehouses in Europe to ensure fast delivery with no customs surprises.

• Portugal: 2 to 4 business days
• Spain: 2 to 5 business days
• France: 3 to 5 business days
• Germany: 3 to 6 business days
• Rest of EU: 4 to 7 business days

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

• Portugal: free above €40 (€3.90 below)
• Spain: free above €50 (€4.90 below)
• France and Germany: free above €60 (€5.90 below)
• Rest of EU: free above €80 (€7.90 below)

Tracking

All orders include a tracking number. You'll receive an email with the tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Geographic limitations

We currently ship to all European Union countries. We do not ship outside the EU, to overseas territories or to PO boxes.

Delays

The times indicated are estimates. Delays may occur for reasons beyond myDotchi's control (carrier, weather, force majeure). In case of significant delay, we will contact you by email.
