1. Who we are

2. Purpose

These terms govern the use of mydotchi.com and the purchase of the products offered here. By placing an order, you confirm you have read and accepted these conditions.

3. Products and pricing

• Prices are shown in euros and include VAT at the applicable legal rate.
• Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown before you complete your purchase.
• We do our best to keep all information accurate, but occasional pricing or description errors can happen. If that occurs, we reserve the right to correct the information or cancel the affected order, refunding any amount already paid.

4. Orders and payment

An order is considered accepted once payment is confirmed. Payments are processed by certified providers; myDotchi does not store your card details.

5. Delivery

We work with warehouses in Europe, with typical delivery times of 2 to 6 business days within the European Union. These times are estimates and may vary for reasons beyond myDotchi's control (carrier, customs, force majeure events).

6. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, without stating any reason, under European Union law. The conditions and procedure are described on the Returns and exchanges page.

7. Cashback and referral program

• Every eligible purchase generates 5% of the amount paid as store credit, usable on future purchases.
• The credit is valid for 90 days and can be used up to a limit of 50% of the value of each following purchase.
• In the "give and get" program, the referred friend receives €5 on their first order (€30 minimum) and the referrer receives €5 in credit after that purchase.
• These benefits are not convertible to cash and may be adjusted or discontinued with prior notice.

8. Intellectual property

The myDotchi brand, logo, text and images on this site are protected by intellectual property rights and may not be reproduced without authorization.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. In the event of a consumer dispute, you may turn to the European online dispute resolution platform or a competent alternative dispute resolution body.
